My name is Fedaa Izreig, I am a mother of 2 girls, ages 3 and 1, and I am the founder of Cocoon Books. This company was created to bring joy and excitement to book gifting.
Shortly after giving birth to my second daughter, we received a beautiful gift that was packaged in a wooden crate. How the gift was packaged left a lasting impression on us and got us thinking, how can we package a product to make it memorable and impactful?
The idea to gift books was an easy one, I saw first hand how much my daughter loved to read books and how much they meant to her. I remember commenting to my husband, "I am going to tell everyone to only buy us books as gifts" because of how beneficial they were.
After many months of brainstorming and researching, we finally developed our "Book Box". As the name suggests, this is a box in the shape of a book.
Our hope is that children will be inspired to read and pick up a book with our product. We want to give the receiver of the gift and the gift giver the joy of an unforgettable gift.
