Balancing stones

These wooden stones are a great addition for older children.

This add-on will include 10 stones of various sizes and colors, as pictured. They will also come in a drawstring carrying pouch.

Balancing stones have many benefits. While playing with them, children must consider the best way to place or stack each one, creating many problem-solving opportunities. It also helps those fine motor skills - children must be careful while trying to stack each stone on top of one another. This helps with developing concentration and coordination.

These blocks also help promote creativity, resilience, and persistence, especially if the tower they are trying to build keeps falling over.

Recommended for children 3+. Especially since the smaller blocks could pose a choking hazard to younger children. Adult supervision is recommended as well.
